Online stores fielding a lot of questions
Questions about shipping, sizes, stock and order status repeat every day, and your team wants its time for the requests that need a person.
AI solutions
We build agents, automated tasks and content systems that work inside your day-to-day operations, with clear guardrails, a handover to a person when needed, and monitoring after launch.
AI solutions
We deliver AI solutions for businesses in three places in the working day: an AI agent that answers your customers on WhatsApp, sales and service tasks that run automatically with your CRM, and systems that produce content under editorial review. We don't sell you an off-the-shelf tool. We start with one process, build a solution with clear limits for it, and hand it to your team with a way to monitor it.
For us, AI is a way of working, not a promise of results. It answers repeated questions, writes drafts and updates records. People keep the decisions: our team maps the process, writes the guardrails and decides when a conversation goes to a person, and you approve all of it before launch.
If you're looking at AI services for businesses like yours and don't know where to begin, start with a simpler question: where does your team lose time today? Your answer tells us which process to build first, and what should stay in human hands.

Training centres, showrooms and service offices that book customers over WhatsApp and want confirmations and reminders without chasing anyone by hand.
Leads arrive from ads, the website and WhatsApp, then replies slip or follow-ups are forgotten because the data sits in several places.
Posts, product descriptions and ad copy in Arabic and English, at a volume the team can't write alone, without giving up on review.

A WhatsApp agent that answers repeated questions, qualifies leads, books appointments and hands over to a person when needed.
Follow-ups, lead routing, CRM updates, reminders and reports that run automatically, designed one process at a time.
A system that produces content at volume with AI, with editorial review, fact checks and your brand's voice.
The questions we hear most before work starts.
It depends on scope: the process we choose, the tools we connect, the volume of conversations or content, and the level of monitoring after launch. That's why we don't publish fixed prices. After the workshop or a short call we send a written proposal with the scope and cost, keeping our fees separate from any platform charges you pay to their providers.
A working session with your team where we go through your channels and processes: where customers come from, which questions repeat, and where follow-ups slip or content piles up. You leave with a list of the places where AI helps, the ones where we wouldn't recommend it, and a proposed first process. We then send a written proposal if you want to go ahead.
That isn't how we build these solutions. The solution takes the repetitive work: common questions, follow-up messages and first drafts. Your team keeps what needs judgement: complaints, negotiation, decisions and final approval. The solution won't answer every question, so from the start we design the route to a person and decide who picks up the conversation.
It depends on the process, the number of tools we connect, and how ready your information is: FAQs, product lists and policies. We set out the timeline in the written proposal once we understand the scope. We suggest starting with one process, so you can see the solution working with your customers before you decide to expand.
We need someone on your team who knows the process and can approve decisions, access to the tools we'll connect such as WhatsApp and your CRM, and the information the solution will rely on: FAQs, prices, policies and your brand style guide if you have one. Anything that isn't written down yet, we gather with you during the design stage.
We design every solution with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) in mind: we define the data the solution actually needs, who can access it, where it's stored and for how long. Before we start, we tell you which providers process it, including the AI model provider. Accounts and data stay in your company's name.
We connect to the tools you use today wherever they allow it: WhatsApp, CRM systems, calendars, and stores on Salla, Zid, Shopify and others. We check this in the workshop before you commit to anything. If you don't have a suitable CRM, we can build one for you through Graphicatech's CRM and custom systems service.
