Online stores
Stores on Salla, Zid, Shopify and others, fielding daily questions about sizes, stock, shipping, returns and order status.
WhatsApp AI agent
An agent that answers repeated questions in your customers' language, qualifies them, books their appointments and passes the conversation to someone on your team whenever it needs a person.
WhatsApp AI agent
We build you a WhatsApp AI chatbot that reads the customer's message, understands the question and replies from a knowledge base you approve: your products, services, prices and policies. It isn't a fixed menu of buttons, and we set it up not to answer beyond what you've signed off.
The agent takes what repeats: questions about shipping, prices, branches and opening hours, the qualifying questions you set, and appointment bookings. When a customer asks for a person, complains, or asks something the knowledge base doesn't cover, the conversation moves to your team with a summary of what was said. That's AI customer service with your team standing behind it.
We connect the agent to the WhatsApp Business Platform through an account in your company's name, either directly or through a provider you choose, and link it to your CRM or booking system where they allow it.
Stores on Salla, Zid, Shopify and others, fielding daily questions about sizes, stock, shipping, returns and order status.
Training centres, salons, showrooms and service offices that take bookings over chat and want each one confirmed and reminded.
Campaigns that send customers straight to WhatsApp, and a team that wants to know who is serious before it picks up the phone.
Projects, units and services whose details customers ask about again and again before requesting a viewing or a quote.

The questions we hear most before work starts.
It depends on scope: the tasks the agent takes on, the size of the knowledge base, the systems we connect it to, and the level of monitoring after launch. We don't publish fixed prices. After a short call we send a written proposal with the scope and cost, keeping our fees separate from WhatsApp Business Platform and provider charges.
We check this with you on the first call. It depends on how the number is used today, in the WhatsApp Business app or on the WhatsApp Business Platform, and on the provider the connection goes through. We explain the options and what changes with each, and we make no change to your number without your agreement.
We tune it to understand messages written in Modern Standard Arabic and Saudi dialect, and to reply in the tone you choose, formal or closer to how your customers talk. We test it before launch with messages written the way your customers really write, and afterwards review the ones it misunderstood to refine it. Its rule is simple: anything it can't understand goes to a person rather than getting a reply.
We set it up to hand over rather than guess. If the question is outside the knowledge base, the customer asks for a person, or the conversation is a complaint or a negotiation, it goes to the person named in the escalation rules with a short summary. We collect these questions in the regular review, add what suits the agent, and leave the rest to your team.
The agent replies to people who message you and sends reminders tied to their appointments and orders. Messages your business starts, such as an appointment reminder or a new offer, go out as templates WhatsApp approves in advance, and only to people who agreed to receive them, under WhatsApp Business policies. We prepare these templates with you as part of the work.
The account, the number and the data are in your company's name. Before the build we agree what the agent stores, where, for how long and who on your team can see it, with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) in mind. We tell you which AI model provider the messages pass through, and the agent doesn't ask customers for data it doesn't need.
It depends on the tasks the agent takes on, the systems we connect it to and how ready your information is; we set the timeline in the written proposal once we understand the scope. From you we need someone who knows your customers' questions and can approve answers, access to your WhatsApp Business account or help setting one up, and the information the agent will rely on. Anything not written down, we gather with you.

Tell us about your business and the questions your customers ask most. We'll arrange a demo where you can see how the agent replies and hands over to a person, then send a written proposal with the scope.
