Brand and creative

Brand identity design that stays consistent wherever your brand appears

We design your logo, colours, typefaces and guidelines, then apply them to your company profile, product photos, videos and social media designs. Our team reviews every file before it reaches you.

Brand and creative

What the brand and creative track covers

Brand identity design is more than logo design. An identity is a system: logo, colours, typefaces, photo style and tone of voice, with guidelines that show your team, and any designer you work with, how to use it. Without that system everyone designs their own way, and your brand looks one way in your store and another in your ads and company profile.

In this track we build an identity from the ground up, or develop the one you have, then produce the materials that carry it to your customers: the company profile, product photos, video and animation, and social media templates. Each service has its own page explaining how we work, and all of them follow the same guidelines.

We use AI to widen the early exploration: moodboards, first directions and mock-ups that show the identity on a sign or a screen before anything is produced. The final mark is drawn and approved by a designer. It is never generated.

Who this track is for

    Start-ups getting ready to launch

You need a complete identity before your store or accounts open: a logo, guidelines and files ready for every use.

FAQ

Answers before you ask

The questions we hear most before work starts.

  • It depends on scope: whether you need a new identity or a refresh, how many items we apply the identity to, and whether the work includes a company profile, photos or video. That is why there are no fixed prices on this page. We learn about your project in a short call, then send a written proposal setting out what you will receive and what it costs. If you want the identity now and the other materials later, we split the proposal into phases.

  • It depends on the scope and on how quickly each stage is approved, because we do not move from exploration to design until you have chosen a direction. The proposal gives a date for each stage, so you know when you will see the first directions and when you will receive the guidelines and final files. If you have a fixed launch date, tell us on the call and we will build the schedule around it.

  • A short description of your business and customers, your current logo and files if you have them, examples of identities you like and dislike, and the name of the person who will approve decisions. We also need a session with the decision-maker at the start, because the identity brief is built on their answers. Starting with no logo or files at all holds nothing up: we build the brief from our questions and your answers.

  • We hand over the final identity files in their source formats: the logo in vector versions, the colour codes, the typeface names and the guidelines, in an organised folder where your team can find what it needs. Before we start, the proposal states what passes into your ownership. If a typeface needs a commercial licence from its owner, we tell you before we build it into the identity.

  • Only in exploration: moodboards, early directions and mock-ups. The final logo is drawn and approved by a designer, because a logo has to be original and built from clean lines that work at every size. If you share anything confidential about your project, tell us and we will keep it out of AI tools.

  • Yes. We start with what your customers already recognise: a colour, a shape in the logo, the way your name is written. Sometimes updating the typefaces and colours and writing clear guidelines is enough; sometimes the brand needs a new identity. We keep what deserves to stay, so that your customers still recognise you, and we explain our reasoning in the identity brief before any design begins.

  • Yes, and each has its own page explaining how we work. When we produce them after the identity, they follow the same guidelines from the start, so you never have to explain your brand again to someone new. If your identity is already in place, you can start with one of these services directly: we work from your current guidelines and ask about anything they do not cover.
