Answers before you ask
The questions we hear most before work starts.
It depends on the number of pages, whether we write the content from scratch or edit text you already have, whether you need both languages, and whether the photos need a shoot. That is why there is no fixed price on this page. We learn what you need in a short call, then send a written quote setting out the scope, the cost and what you will receive.
Time depends more on the content than on the design: gathering information and approving the text take most of it. The proposal sets a date for each stage, so you know when the draft text will reach you and when you will receive the designed profile. The sooner your comments on the drafts come back, the sooner we finish. If you have a fixed date, such as an exhibition or a tender deadline, tell us and we will plan the stages around it.
A short interview with the decision-maker, your identity files, a list of your services, the work you are allowed to show, any photos you have and your official contact details. If you have an old profile, send it too: it shows us what should stay and what should change. If there are no good photos of your team or premises, we can include a photo shoot in the quote.
Either works. We can take on the company profile writing from scratch after the interview, or edit and structure text you already have. In both cases we review the structure and the language, and we do not start the design until you have approved the final text in both languages, so pages do not change after they are laid out. If you write the text yourself, we send you a list of sections and questions to make the writing easier.
A print-ready PDF with the bleed and colour settings your printer asks for, and a compressed digital version to send by email and WhatsApp and to publish on your website. Any extra files you need, such as separate pages to attach to your quotes, are agreed in the proposal. Before handover we also open the file on a phone, to check that the text is clear and the file opens quickly.
We use it for first drafts and translation drafts; our team then writes the final text and checks every fact. Nothing is added to your profile that you did not give us: no figures, clients or certificates. If you have confidential information, such as contract values, tell us and we will keep it out of AI tools.
