A brand starting to sell online
You have products and an audience on social media, and want a store that takes orders instead of messages and manual bank transfers.
E-commerce stores
We build your store on the platform that suits your business, connect payments and shipping, organise the catalogue and test the whole purchase journey before launch.
E-commerce stores
Online store design does not stop at the storefront. The customer sees an attractive product page; behind it, a payment gateway has to accept the card, a courier has to collect the order, stock has to be right, and pages have to be found on Google. At Graphica we handle these parts together, from choosing the platform to the first order, and after it.
We build stores on Salla, Zid, Shopify or WooCommerce, and Graphica is an official partner of Salla and Zid. We help you choose the platform by the size of your catalogue, the markets you sell in, and the team that will run the store day to day. Each platform has its own page below explaining what we do on it.
Whether you want to build an online store for the first time, develop an existing store that is not working as you want, or move your store to another platform, we start by understanding your products and customers, then write you a plan before any design.
You have products and an audience on social media, and want a store that takes orders instead of messages and manual bank transfers.
Your store works, but the design does not reflect your brand, orders stall at checkout, or running it day to day is exhausting.
You have reached the limits of your current platform and want to move products, customers and links in an orderly way, without your orders stopping.
You need a store in Arabic and English that shows prices and VAT clearly and works with the payment and shipping options your customers use.

Salla and Zid are Saudi platforms for building online stores, and Graphica is an official partner of both. We design, build and improve our clients' stores on both platforms.
Specialised services within the track, each with its own page on scope and how we work.
Salla store design, setup and launch: theme, apps, payments, shipping and products, fully tested before launch.
Zid store design, setup and launch: theme, payments, shipping, products and tracking, with follow-up after launch.
Shopify store design in Arabic and English, with payments and shipping that work in Saudi Arabia and settings for selling in several markets.
WooCommerce store development on WordPress: design, payment and shipping plugins, speed and security, and follow-up after launch.
The questions we hear most before work starts.
The cost depends on the platform, the number of products, the level of design (an adapted theme or a custom design), the integrations you need, and whether you want us to write descriptions or photograph products. That is why we do not publish fixed prices. We start with a short call to understand your business, then send a written proposal setting out what we will build, what you will receive and the cost.
Time depends on the size of the catalogue, how ready the photos and text are, the number of integrations, and how quickly approvals come from your side. The written proposal includes a schedule of the stages and the output of each. What most often delays a launch is late product photos or payment gateway activation, so we start on both early and tell you at each stage what we need from you.
It depends on the size of your catalogue, the markets you sell in, how much customisation you need, and who will run the store day to day. Salla and Zid are Saudi platforms with an Arabic dashboard and local payment and shipping options; Shopify is a global platform suited to selling in several markets; WooCommerce runs on WordPress and gives you wider control in return for looking after hosting and updates. We set out the differences in the plan before you choose.
Yes. We move products, categories, customer data and past orders as far as both platforms' export and import tools allow, and redirect old URLs to the new ones where the platform supports it, to protect your indexed pages in search. Before the move, we give you a list of what will transfer as it is, and what needs re-entering or a replacement on the new platform.
Your product data and photos (or the products themselves if you want them photographed), your logo and brand identity, the documents payment gateways require to activate online payments, your contract with a courier if you have one, and someone on your team to approve designs and content. Anything missing goes into the plan, and we help you prepare it.
You do. We create the store and the payment and shipping accounts in your company's name, or work on your existing accounts with permissions you grant and can withdraw. At handover we pass you every permission and file, and show your team how to manage daily orders and products, so you do not depend on us for every small change. If you later need bigger development work, we agree it in a separate proposal.
We use it for catalogue work: drafting product descriptions, cleaning up photos, and suggesting tags and categories, and the team reviews every output before it is published. We do not put your customers' details or orders into AI tools; what we process is product data that will be published in your store anyway. We show you a sample of descriptions first, so you approve the style before it is applied to the whole catalogue.

If you are looking for an e-commerce design company to take your store from plan to launch, tell us what you sell, the platform you use or are considering, and where your store struggles today. We arrange a short call, then send a written plan with the recommended platform, the scope and the cost.
