Shopify store design in Arabic and English for the Saudi market

We build your store on Shopify with a theme that supports Arabic, write or edit its Arabic version, connect payments and shipping that work in Saudi Arabia, and set it up to sell in more than one market.

Shopify stores

When is Shopify the right choice?

Shopify is a global e-commerce platform with a large theme and app store and tools for selling in several languages and currencies. But Shopify store design for a brand selling in Saudi Arabia needs extra work: a theme that displays Arabic right to left without errors, an Arabic version that is written rather than machine-translated, payment gateways and couriers that operate locally, and tax and pricing settings that suit the market.

We recommend Shopify when it suits your business: if you sell to more than one country, need particular apps from its app store, or your team already works on Shopify. If another platform suits you better, we say so in the plan.

We work within Shopify's rules and theme system: we pick Shopify themes that support Arabic, adapt the theme and its sections to your brand, choose apps carefully so the store stays light, and test orders in every language and currency before launch.

FAQ

Answers before you ask

The questions we hear most before work starts.

  • It depends on the number of products, markets and languages, how far the theme is adapted, the apps you need, and whether you want us to write the Arabic version. We do not publish fixed prices, because every store is different. We start with a short call, then send a written proposal with the scope, outputs and cost. Shopify's subscription and paid apps are billed to your store's account with the platform, and we set them out in the plan.

  • A Shopify store can run in Arabic, but how well depends on the theme. Some themes handle right-to-left layout well; others need a lot of adjustment. We choose a theme that supports Arabic from the start, test every page in Arabic on mobile, and write or edit the Arabic version instead of relying on machine translation.

  • There are payment gateways and couriers operating in Saudi Arabia that connect to Shopify, usually through apps from the providers themselves. Before we start, we check which options are available for your business and commercial registration, connect the ones that suit your customers, then test payments and shipping with trial orders before launch. We also set up VAT and price display so customers see them clearly at checkout.

  • Yes, and the other way round too. We move products, collections and photos, plus customer data where both platforms allow, and set up redirects from old URLs to new ones to protect your indexed pages on Google as far as possible. Before the move, we give you a list of what transfers as it is and what needs re-entering.

  • Your Shopify store account, or we help you create one in your company's name; product data and photos; your logo and brand identity; the documents your payment gateway requires; the markets and currencies you are targeting; and someone on your team to approve designs and copy. Anything missing goes into the plan, and we help you prepare it.

  • The store is in your name and you remain the account owner on Shopify; we work with permissions you grant our team and can withdraw. We use AI for catalogue work, such as drafting descriptions and cleaning up photos, and the team reviews every output before it is published. We do not put your customers' details or orders into AI tools.
