Graphicatech: websites and systems

Graphicatech: a software company in Saudi Arabia for websites, apps and systems

Websites and systems from Graphica Digital Agency. We plan, design, build and launch with you, and no code change reaches your customers before one of our developers has reviewed it.

Graphicatech: websites and systems

Graphica's technology arm

Graphicatech is the name Graphica Digital Agency works under for websites and systems. We act as your software company in Saudi Arabia from first brief to launch: your company website, your mobile and web app, the customer management system that keeps your sales organised, and platforms that connect sellers with buyers or landlords with tenants. Then we set up hosting in your name, launch the project and look after its maintenance.

Our team uses AI tools on every project, and the decisions stay with it: the team designs the architecture, writes and reviews the code, tests security and speed, and sets the launch date.

If you are comparing software companies in Riyadh or elsewhere, ask each one three questions. Who owns the code and the accounts after handover? Where are changes tested before they go live? Who reviews what AI suggests? You will find our answers on this page.

Who we work with

  • Companies that need a website to represent them

An Arabic and English site that explains your services, takes enquiries and lets you update the content yourself.

  • Start-ups with an app idea

You want a first version to test the idea with real users, then build on it step by step.

  • Sales and customer service teams

You follow up customers across spreadsheets and scattered chats, and need one system with clear permissions.

  • Founders of property platforms and marketplaces

You bring together landlords and tenants or sellers and buyers, and need search, booking and payment to run without manual work.

FAQ

Answers before you ask

The questions we hear most before work starts.

  • It depends on scope: the number of screens, the systems we connect, the content and the maintenance after launch. That is why we don't publish fixed prices; two projects with the same name can differ widely in the work involved. We start with a short call to understand what you need, then send a written proposal setting out the scope, stages and cost, and you decide with no obligation.

  • It varies with the scope and with how quickly content and decisions come from your side. Our proposal includes a timeline by stage, and each stage ends with an output you review, so you always know where the work stands and what comes next. For a large project we suggest a smaller first version you can launch sooner, then add to it in cycles.

  • Start with what you want to happen. A website is enough if customers should simply find you and get in touch; an app, if they will return daily to get a task done; a system, if your team tracks customers and deals; a platform, if several parties, such as sellers and buyers, will use it. As a web and app development company that also builds systems, we suggest what serves your goal, not what we would rather build.

  • You do. We open the domain, hosting, app store and service accounts in your company's name from the start, or transfer them to you before launch. We hand over the code in a repository you own, with a document listing every account and permission. If you later move to another software development company or to your in-house team, whoever takes over will find everything they need to carry on.

  • Our developers write the code and use AI tools for tests and accessibility checks; nothing is merged before a developer on the team has reviewed it. We develop and test with sample data, so your real customer data and passwords never go into AI tools. If you have an internal data policy, we follow it and document that we do.

  • We choose by scope. A company site that needs regular content updates may suit a content management system such as WordPress. Anything with its own business logic, such as customer management, bookings or commissions, we build to order. We explain the choice in the scope document before we start.

  • Yes, under a maintenance plan we agree together: component updates and security patches, regular backups, monitoring that the site or system is running, and bug fixes. The plan sets out what it covers, how we receive issue reports and who on our team follows them up. You can also ask for new features in further cycles, and they go through the same review and testing before release.
