Property companies and agencies
You want a real estate platform that shows units with photos and maps, takes viewing requests and routes them to agents.
Online platforms
We build property platforms, marketplaces and booking platforms: from the first version's scope to accounts, search, payments, hosting and day-to-day running.
Online platforms
A platform serves more than one party at once: owners listing property and the people looking for it, sellers and buyers, or service providers and customers booking appointments. Each party has its own account, dashboard and permissions, which is why online platform development is planned differently from a company website. At Graphicatech we design, build and launch the platform, and stay with you as you run and develop it.
When we develop platforms like these, we start with one question: what is the core transaction your platform is built on? Booking a viewing, buying a product or requesting a service. We build the first version around it, then add the rest in cycles based on what users actually do.
We design the architecture to accommodate growth: a well-structured database, search and filters, separate permissions for each party, a connection to a licensed payment gateway, and monitored hosting with regular backups.

A marketplace that brings sellers or service providers together with their customers, and needs seller sign-up, commissions and payouts.
Training centres, events and home services that need an appointment calendar, upfront payment and reminders.
A platform that is slow or hard to develop further, and needs a technical review and a plan to rebuild it in stages.

The questions we hear most before work starts.
A website is enough if you present your services and handle requests yourself. You need a platform if another party publishes, sells or provides a service through it, such as property owners or sellers, each with their own account and permissions. We help you decide on the first call, before any proposal or commitment.
It depends on the number of parties and transactions, on search, maps and payments, and on any companion apps. So we don't publish a fixed price. After a short call we send a written proposal, and we often suggest a first version focused on the core transaction, with the platform growing in cycles from there. The proposal keeps build costs apart from recurring ones, such as hosting and payment gateway fees.
It depends on the scope, the number of parties, how quickly decisions are made, and the payment gateway's onboarding process for your company. Our proposal sets out a timeline by stage, and we deliver test versions in cycles so you can follow progress as it happens. The smaller the first version, the sooner it reaches the market and the more you learn from it.
We connect the platform to a licensed payment gateway your company contracts with, so it accepts the payment methods common in Saudi Arabia, such as mada and credit cards. We design the flow so the gateway handles card details and they are never stored on the platform's servers. Commissions and splitting payments between parties are built as far as your chosen gateway allows.
Yes. We build real estate platforms that show units with photos, maps and filters, take viewing requests and give each agent or owner a dashboard. We add the fields your listings need, such as the advertising licence number where required, and can connect viewing requests to your sales team through a CRM, so no request gets lost among messages.
You own it. We deploy it on hosting in your company's name and hand over the code, database and documentation. If we use AI for search or recommendations, we agree with you which data it can reach, and we never send it payment details, contact numbers or any personal data it doesn't need.
We design it to: we load-test before launch, choose hosting that can scale, monitor performance after release and set alerts that reach the operations team when load rises or performance slows. We won't promise a fixed figure, because load varies from one platform to another, but we tell you what we tested and what the next step is when usage approaches the plan's limits.

Tell us who uses your platform and the transaction it is built around. We will arrange a short call, then send a written proposal suggesting a first version and what comes after it.
