Restaurants, shops and consumer brands
A business whose audience follows it on Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat, and which needs regular content with a consistent look.
Social media management
We plan, write, design and publish your content, and reply to your audience on the platforms they use. We use AI tools in our work; nothing goes out before the account manager approves it.
Social media management
For a social media agency, social media management is more than posting a picture a day. It needs a plan that sets out why each post goes out, design that looks like your brand every time, and replies that never leave a customer's question unanswered. At Graphica we handle all of it: we plan the month with you, write and design, publish at times that suit your audience, and follow up on comments and messages.
If you are looking for a social media agency that understands your audience in Saudi Arabia, we start with your brand's voice: how it speaks, in which dialect, and what it never says. We write this into a short guide that everyone who writes or replies on your behalf follows, whether they are on our team or an AI tool.
Our social media work is tied to the rest of your marketing. A post your audience responds to may become a paid ad, and a question that keeps coming up in the comments may become a post that answers it. Every month you receive a report on what was published, what people responded to and what we will change.

A service firm that needs a professional presence on LinkedIn and X that explains clearly what it offers.
A store that wants to show its products, answer customers' questions before they buy and connect its content with its ads.
A single marketing lead who does not have time to plan, design, publish and reply all at once.

The questions we hear most before work starts.
It depends on the scope: how many platforms, how many posts and stories a month, how much design, and how closely we follow comments and messages. If you want to boost some posts, the promotion budget is paid to the platform separately from our fee. After a short call about your business and audience, we send a written proposal setting out what is included.
Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn and Facebook, and we choose the ones your audience actually uses. Social media marketing does not mean being everywhere: doing two platforms well serves your brand more than spreading the effort across platforms where nobody follows you. We agree each platform's goal with you at the start.
Yes. We send you the month's calendar before it starts so you can approve or change it, then send designs and copy for review as agreed. No post is scheduled before the account manager approves it. If an offer or an occasion comes up during the month, we add a post for it once you approve. To see how we work first, ask for a sample content calendar before you decide.
Yes, during working hours we agree with you. We answer recurring questions from a list of replies you approve, and pass complaints and special requests to you, or the team writes the reply after checking with you. We sort messages by type, and no reply is sent without a check by the team.
It writes drafts and alternative versions of the copy, then the team edits them to match your brand's voice and dialect; no text is published as it came out of the tool. We also agree with you in advance which data may go into these tools, especially your customers' private messages, and what never does. The decision to publish stays with the account manager, not the tool.
The accounts are yours and stay in your name; we work on them through access you grant and can remove at any time. From you we need your brand files (logo, fonts and colours), photos of your products or premises if you have them, and your upcoming seasons and offers. We also need one person on your side who approves the calendar and answers our questions, so posts are not held up waiting for approvals.
